Returns Policy
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Orgone Effects will offer you an exchange or refund provided that:
– You return the item within 7 days of purchase;
– You produce your original Orgone Effects receipt or other adequate proof of purchase at the time you return the item;
– The item must not have been used or damaged in any way including that
– It is in its original packaging;
– It is unopened, unused, and in its original saleable condition
– The product is not one on which a change of mind return is not available (see below).
– Postage and handling costs are non-refundable, as are products which can be worn.
If these requirements are not satisfied Orgone Effects reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind returns.
Products on which a change of mind return is not available
Due to hygiene standards, Orgone Effects will not accept the return of items which can be worn under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances:
Products which can be worn and which have been removed from the packaging are non-refundable: e.g. Personal Pendants, Harmonywear Pendants and Bracelets, Ener-Bands, Orgone Blankets, Ener-Soles.
Returning Items to be Exchanged
Orgone Effects Australia may offer you an exchange or refund (exclusive of any shipping charges) provided the merchandise:
- is in saleable condition
- is unworn or unused (with original packaging)
- the exchange or refund is sought within 7 days of purchase
- is not subject to the exclusions listed below
We will only accept items for exchange if they are resalable. To be resalable, the product must:
- be presented unopened in the packaging in which it was received.
- not be an item which may have been worn (e.g. Personal Pendants, Harmonywear Pendants and Bracelets, Ener-bands, Orgone Blankets, Ener-Soles), due to hygiene standards which we follow.
Following this requirement, should you wish to exchange an item which you have purchased from Orgone Effects for another item, you will be responsible for paying the mail postage costs for the new item to be sent to you.
Damaged in Transit Items
If an item is delivered in a damaged condition, we will replace the item at our expense.
If Orgone Effects determines that the item is faulty, Orgone Effects will refund the postage expenses of the customer and pay delivery costs for a new item to be sent to the customer.
Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, Orgone Effects Australia cannot provide a refund or exchange.
Note: * Due to the handmade quality of some of our products, minor variations in color and finish may occur.

Cancellation Policy
You cannot cancel your order after you click the “Finalize Order” button on our secure order page. Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed for shipping.
Refund Method
Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s).
Refunds will be given using your original payment method.
Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank upon receipt of the returned package. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
For cheque/money order/ direct deposit payments, you will need to provide us with your bank details, please allow 2 days to post the refund to your account.
Return Shipping Costs
All return postage or shipping costs must be paid by you (unless the product is defective).
Orgone Effects Australia reserves the right to charge a fee (to the maximum of the product value) if the product has been damaged during return transit due to insufficient packing.
Valid Receipt
Orgone Effects Australia will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. A valid receipt is either the original Tax Invoice issued with the product or the Order Confirmation Email.
